Once upon a time…
Drawn from: null, null. Told in English.
In days long past, I stood upon the shores of our small village, watching the sun dip beneath the waves, my heart heavy with the weight of our cursed fate. Our lands were changing; the seas rose and our crops withered. Elders spoke of a time when gods walked the earth, a time slipping away—like grains through fingers.
Desperate to save our village, I set out on an old ship, ancient as the tales of sea kings, seeking answers from the wise across the waters. Many nights I battled the storms and whispered to the stars, hoping the winds would guide me.
In a distant land, I found an aged seer who sat by a flickering fire. Her eyes held the light of forgotten ages. She whispered of a time when balance could be restored, if only one was brave enough to face it.
Returning home, I shared the seer’s wisdom. Together, we tended the earth with care, learning the old ways anew. As seasons passed, life stirred once more, and our village flourished, defying the march of time.
