Once upon a time…

Drawn from: null, null. Told in English.

In a land where the sun was a god, a woman named Xochitl traveled with her troupe. Her heart felt heavy like a stone. Xochitl was known for her grace in dance and tales, but shadows haunted her dreams. She doubted her worth, hearing whispers of self-doubt.

One evening, as the red sun dipped below the horizon, the troupe reached a village famous for its sacred cenote. It was said that the water could wash away burdens of the heart. Xochitl's heart stirred with hope.

That night, while others slept, she walked to the cenote. The moonlight painted silver over the water. She gazed at her reflection, a battle raging inside her. She kneeled and spoke her fears to the wind, hoping the water would listen.

As dawn kissed the earth, Xochitl felt peace in her heart. She returned to her troupe, her steps lighter, her smile brighter. The cenote had not changed her; she had found strength within herself. Her own courage was her greatest tale.
